Camilo Cardoze F. founded in 1996 and is currently President and Senior Consultant. Mr. Cardoze has over 25 years of experience as an executive for multinational companies, including 7 years with Shell Oil and 17 years with Xerox Corporation as General Manager of its Panama subsidiary. Before starting , Mr. Cardoze served for more than four years as General Manager of Grupo Agro Industrial / Productos Avícolas Fidanque, a large Panamanian poultry producer and marketer. A graduate of Texas A&M University and Columbia University's Business School (MBA, 1971), he has also attended many international seminars and training courses on management techniques, marketing, finance, strategic planning, human resources management, leadership skills, competitive bench-marking, supervisory skills, total quality and others. He is currently a member of the board of directors of several Panamanian companies and has served several times as a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce of Panama.

Carmen Alida Pérez joined in 1999 as a Consultant - Researcher. Mrs. Pérez is a Business Administration Graduate of The American University of Washington, D.C. She has 9 years of experience in recruitment and selection with multinational companies in Panama, plus a year with Korn/Ferry International, one of the world´s leading Executive Search Firms, as researcher-consultant, in Bogotá, Colombia.

Lourdes Guerra V., Consultant - Researcher, is an Industrial Engineer graduate of Panama´s Technological University. Mrs. Guerra had previously worked as a recruitment and selection researcher-assistant with Price Waterhouse in Panama before joining in 1998.
